Claim Procedure
Our warranty claim process is straightforward. Follow these steps and our team will handle the rest.
Reach us via phone, WhatsApp or email. Describe the issue and have your purchase details ready.
Provide your invoice, product serial number and a description of the fault. We'll log your RMA request immediately.
Bring the product to our service center or courier it to us. We'll inspect and diagnose within 3–5 business days.
If the fault is covered, we repair or replace the unit at no cost. You'll be notified at every stage.
Collect in-store or we'll courier your repaired/replaced product back to you island-wide.
